Lifehouse Here with "Halfway Gone"

After a over year in the studio, Lifehouse will release their fifth studio album Smoke & Mirrors on December 8th. The release will be available in both standard, deluxe edition and a two disc deluxe edition with more details to be announced in the coming weeks.

Their first single “Halfway Gone” is starting to get played by radio stations and digital retailers.

With Smoke & Mirrors, Lifehouse's fifth studio album, lead singer/guitarist Jason Wade, drummer Rick Woolstenhulme, bassist Bryce Soderberg and newly added guitarist Ben Carey, along with long time producer Jude Cole, have created a set that combines their live sound with great record making.

Smoke & Mirrors started out with a mission to capture the live, rock side of the band; a sound they had perfected after three years of solid touring. Songs like "Smoke & Mirrors," "Wrecking Ball" and "Had Enough" (with guest vocals by Chris Daughtry) have a very raw and stage driven feel to them. However, after living with the early tracks and experimenting with others, a piece of the puzzle seemed to be missing.
