Maple Mustard Pork Chops

Use:
2 Bone in Pork Chops
1 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 small clove garlic, crushed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat cast iron skillet to medium high.
2. In a small bowl stir together syrup, mustard, oil, garlic, salt and pepper
3. Place the chops and mixture in a large ziplock plastic bag, shake and thoroughly coat the chops
4. Place the chops in the skillet, cooking 3 to 4 minutes per side. In the last minute of cooking pour the remaining mixture over the chops
Serve with a Baked Sweet Potato
